Conceptual Design
Here, we will Debut the Initial design solution.
Translating your vision into something tangible, you will have a first draft of a layout and exterior elevation of your project. Once on the same page, we take it further.

Design Development
Now we fixate on the details— developing the conceptual layout into a 2D & 3D model that presents the completed full exterior for your review. We make any ‘bigger’ design changes, if any.

At the end of this stage, you should know how your home will look — inside and out.
Presenting the design & spaces through virtual reality allows clients to visualize a project before its built. This is a great design tool for the construction industry because it allows you to find and correct problems before the project is built. The 360 experience has communicated perfectly and helps the client to better understand the design and make more quicker, confident decisions.

Construction Documents
Last, but not least, the preparation of architectural drawings begins when all parties are completely satisfied with the design presented.
We will finalize the plan package which includes drawings, Electrical layouts, and cabinetry. SEED will coordinate with your builder and finalize anything that needs to happen to bring your project to life.
